Cycle Characteristics of a New High-Temperature Heat Pump Based on Absorption–Compression Revolution

A large amount of the waste heat generated during industrial production is not used, which leads to a low energy utilization rate. The recovery using pumps has advantages consumption, high efficiency, safety, and environmental protection. Industrial wide temperature distribution range. Traditional absorption compression can only work in narrow range due thermodynamic cycle, thermal properties working medium, pressure resistance compressor, other factors; they cannot simultaneously meet requirements “high heating temperature” “wide temperature-range transfer”. To solve above problems, this paper proposes high-temperature pump unit based on coupled cycle compression, recover low-temperature steam 50 °C produce hot water at 110–130 °C. EES software used for mathematical modeling simulation analysis unit. results show that, when driving 140 °C, reach 110~130 COP system 4.22. Increasing outlet condensation strengthens cycle; meanwhile, increasing evaporation reduces cycle. study significantly broaden operating electric pumps; our findings therefore have essential research significance improving efficiency fields.
